A training and job creating initiative in the small town of Barrydale, this company was started by the first weaver Tivane, and his partner in textiles Carol.
All products are woven on 19th century looms, which are operated by hand, thread by thread.

A great initiative creating employment in the Karoo.
These soft toys are made by hand from shwe-shwe fabrics, by previously unemployed woman.
The project has been so succesful, that a second workshop has been opened in Plettenburg bay, which means more training and job oppertunities for the local woman of Plett.
Vents Brull is a very busy little bussiness producing fantastic Mens t-shirts that it seems no one can get enough of.
Run by two very creative guys, the tees are designed and printed in Cape Town and are always of the higest quality.
Mungo is a family run bussiness that has recently been taken over by the second generation. The son and daughter team have breathed fresh life into what was already a solid textile company producing luxury home textiles. We stock their Itawuli range of towels, because they are fabulous, as well as their Spa wraps and infinity scarves. These are constant best sellers in our shop, because Mungo just gets it right.
